By accessing or using the GreenBoard Reclaimed website (lumber-recycling-la.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website.
Products & Services
All product descriptions, dimensions, grades, and pricing on this website are for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice. Actual inventory availability varies. Quotes provided through our contact forms are estimates and do not constitute binding offers until confirmed in writing by our sales team.
Reclaimed Lumber Disclaimer
Reclaimed lumber is a natural product with inherent variability. While we grade and inspect all material, variations in color, grain, dimensions, and character marks are expected and are not considered defects. Samples and photos are representative but may not exactly match delivered material. We recommend ordering a sample before committing to large orders for color-critical applications.
Returns & Claims
Quality concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or credit material that arrives damaged, misgraded, or not as described. Custom-milled lumber is non-returnable unless a milling defect is present. Shipping costs for returns due to customer error are the responsibility of the buyer.
Limitation of Liability
GreenBoard Reclaimed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of GreenBoard Reclaimed and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
